Where to start when you need help using the PixService API.

Support Status

A dedicated public support portal is not available yet.

For now, use the documentation on this site as the primary source of integration guidance, including:

  • workflow guides for common implementation tasks
  • the live Scalar reference for request and response details
  • the OpenAPI JSON document for generated clients and contract verification

If You Need Assistance

If you need help beyond the published docs, use the support or project contact already established for your PixService environment.

When you ask for help, include:

  • the environment you are targeting
  • the endpoint and HTTP method
  • the request payload or parameters with secrets removed
  • the response status code and body
  • a short description of what you expected instead

Future Support Surface

If a dedicated support surface is added later, a searchable community forum would be a strong fit for API questions and release guidance. This page can be updated once that is available.
